I called Titan frantic because I saw black spots on the ceiling in my bathroom. They came right away and did a free inspection and had an estimate to me within 24 hours. I was so stressed out because I had to work with the insurance company to get a claim and I didn't know anything about mold, but Titan handled everything for me and even dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have any problems. Working with Titan Remediation was effortless. I was referred to them by the company who was doing my roof, and I couldn't be more happier with the results. UNDER CONTRACT TO SELL HOME Home inspection revealed minor mold visibility. We were out of town when we got the news and immediately called TITAN which happened to be on a Friday requesting service ASAP as urgency to meet deadlines for home appraisal. Christopher and team came within hours of our return on Saturday to evaluate the situation. The process began immediately Saturday p.m. then continued Sunday a.m. so that final testing take place Monday a.m. so that we would be clear immediately so that proceeding with closing would not be delayed. I called a few companies regarding a mold issue my parents had in their apartment and decided to use Titan Remediation. These guys are top notch! My husband and I dealt with a few contractors in the past two months and we have to give Titan Remediation lots of credit. FL contractors are known for not being responsive or finishing the job on time. That does to apply to Titan Remediation. When we learned that we needed help, we called a few contractors, and Chris's office manager Jennifer was the first one to respond. They were first to come to our new home. We felt an instant connection with Chris (the owner) and appreciated his honesty and integrity. We actually cancelled appointments with other contractors right then and there. Chris and his team were beyond helpful, always answered our questions, made necessary recommendations and accommodated us in every imaginable way. The best part - they got it all done even before our deadline. Chris came in to check on progress of repairs and renovations every few days, so we felt very comfortable knowing that he was on top of things and addressed all issues, even the ones we were not aware of at the time. Chris and the team went far and beyond to make sure that our new home is safe and comfortable. I also have to mention something very touching. This was not a part of our contract, but Chris demoed out kitchen free of charge because his other client didn't have the money to remodel her kitchen. My family owns a home in West Palm Beach. Upon my first day in visiting from Los Angeles I noticed a musty smell in the bathroom and there was a dampness in the air. On top of that, someone had been in the home that was later diagnosed with COVID. A family friend recommended Titan Remediation, as they do everything (water damage restoration, plumbing, mold detection, mold removal, and dry fogging)! Indeed there was a pipe leak and some interior water damage in the wall that caused a mold spread. Chris did some plumbing repairs, did water damage restoration, mold cleanup, and even did a service I had never heard of before called dry fogging--a COVID sterilization service that is safe for children and pets, and is completely effective whereas COVID decontamination is an entirely different service and not as thorough. The dry fog kills COVID, mold spores, and other hazards on the spot. After Chris left, everything smelled like a new home, the plumbing was perfect, and the home was immaculately clean. It felt really good to know our home was germ and COVID-free. Chris was very professional, friendly, and did a great job in educating my family so we didn't feel nervous. My mother and I had just purchased a condo in Tequesta, Florida. We noticed during our brief stay that there was a moldy odor in the hall bathroom. Having mold in your home is a serious situation that can result in a number of health issues. Needless to say, when I discovered mold growing on the ceilings and walls of the home I’m renting I was very concerned. Titan Remediation was contacted to evaluate the situation and Chris came out the same day. He assessed my home and was able to identify the source of the moisture causing the mold within minutes. He quickly came up with an action plan to address the cause of the condensation, reduce the air moisture levels and treat the mold spores. The whole process took approximately 10 days, during which Chris consistently kept me updated on the progress. When all the treatments were complete, they even brought in a third-party testing company to ensure all mold sores had been removed. In addition to their amazing remediation services, Chris was also very personable. He took the time to explain everything to me and put me at ease that all the issues could easily be addressed and my house would be back to normal before I knew it. Finding a contractor that truly cares about the job they are doing, the home they are doing it in and the people they are doing it for is so rare. We called Titan Remediation in to our commercial building to handle mold in our cooler rooms. Their representative evaluated our problem and provided us a quote within 24 hours, a timeline and an explanation of the scope of work to be done so we could plan accordingly. A few days later, equipment was brought on site, set up and work began. Timeline was held tight and job was finished as promised also on time.
